  Terrible make up policy. I tried so many times to schedule a make up class for lap training. I just can't get it other than 7am. When I complained about it. I was accused to be yelling at the boss and she hang up on me. I would give a rating of negative 5 if there is such rating. This is after my kids have been swimming in this place for 7 years! We really like the instructors, by the way. .
