  This was my first time at lunch box and I am in love! Ariel did an amazing job. Quick. Minimal pain. I have been getting a Brazilian for years and hands down one of my best experiences. This will be my new spot! I highly recommend, even for someone who hasn’t waxed before.

  A few years ago, my girlfriends and I decided we wanted to try a Brazilian wax, so we scheduled our appointments and anxiously awaited for THE day to come. We were nervous, but the staff were friendly and put us immediately at ease. And we were hooked. Now, every six weeks we have a reason to do girls night! (Honey, I have to go. I need to get waxed!) From brow waxes to Brazilians, this place is both professional and friendly. They are super thorough and try to be as gentle as the service will allow. Highly recommend.

  Ariel did a great job on my eyebrows and was very sweet. My very first impression when I arrived was a bit negative. When I walked in nobody was at the desk so I just sat and waited. The first employee that walked out if a room didn't even make eye contact or greet me. She went straight on a computer, meanwhile two other customers walked in at that moment and were greeted by this employee and given paperwork to fill out. Ariel then asked if I'd been helped. I said "no" and she said I needed to fill out paperwork but the two clipboards were being used by the other two that walked in after me. Another customer came in and was greeted. All three customers were taken back to their rooms while I sat and waited until my room was cleaned. It was a bit discouraging since I had just fought to get parking in this busy shopping area and was hoping for a bit more customer service.
