  I have enjoyed living here for almost 3 years. I chose Waterford for the walking convenience to 580, restaurants and Safeway. The complex is gated with great amenities. I have used the gym, pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. All outstandingly clean. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. I have never needed any repairs, but the maintenance staff changes the light bulbs when they burn out! The office team is fantastic! I belong to a few wine clubs and have deliveries often. They take care of everything.
  
  Parking is sufficient. However, when parking, I would watch out for the support structure poles. If I did not purchase a home I would have definitely stayed.
